Technician
Packer City International Trucks has an opening for a full-time 2nd or 3rd shift technician at our Green Bay location. Duties and responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and general repairs on all brands of medium and heavy duty trucks. Candidate must be a high school graduate and must be a graduate of a Diesel Tech program or have equivalent experience. Candidate must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and back screen, must be able to routinely lift 75#, must have a valid drivers license (a CDL is required - company will help you to obtain, if needed) and have an acceptable driving record. Marketing/F&I Manager
Marketing Responsibilities: 1) Develop and maintain all advertising for parts, sales, trucks and leasing - Monthly flyers; print advertisement; Navistar Marketing programs; My Edge mailers etc. 2) Monitor new and used truck inventory and pricing 3) Coordinate all truck shows and customer events - New Truck Expo; muni rodeo; muni annual meeting; open houses; customer blitzes 4) Update Act marketing program - Monitor salesmen input; track proposals vs. cross ell list; submit loss sales report to region personnel; track activity of all departments using ACT 5) Update on hold messages as needed 6) Submit and collect from I-match for Isuzu, International and Idealease 7) Update web page F&I Responsibilities: 1) Finance support to sales department - Meet with truck buyers and explain financing and warranty options; prepare financial documents to submit to financial institutions; develop different lenders to present to customers; assist customers with licensing and regulation issues 2) Work with accounting department to ensure paper work flows correctly between sales and accounting 3) Put together finance and warranty fliers for salesmen to hand out - updated monthly 4) Monitor note expiration and inform salesmen to contact for new truck purchases 5) Distribute updated information on rates when needed 6) Refinance Idealease notes when they come due. Rental Sales/Administrative
Idealease of Northeast Wisconsin, a division of Packer City International Trucks, Inc. and one of Northeast Wisconsin's largest truck rental & leasing organizations, is in need of an inside Commercial Rental Administrator. This opportunity is for a full-time employee whose hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch break. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting customers with rental needs; completing rental agreements and paperwork; handling telephone inquiries in a professional manner; coordinating casual drivers; assisting maintenance department with reporting and filing for warranties. This position will be responsible for the inspection of vehicles upon dispatch and completion of the rental transaction as well as assigning trucks for the Green Bay, Shawano and Appleton locations. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior sales and customer service experiences a plus.
