Technician/Supervisor

Idealease of Northeast Wisconsin, a division of Packer City International Trucks and one of Northeast Wisconsin's largest truck rental & leasing organizations, is in need of a heavy duty truck technician/supervisor. In your role as a supervisor (approx. 20% of your day) you will assign work for technicians and the wash person, issue repair orders, communicate with customers, communicate with the retail shop, and report to the Idealease service manager. In your role as a technician you will perform preventative maintenance on scheduled units, diagnose and perform repairs that drivers write up and repair items found while performing scheduled maintenance. A high school diploma and a certificate of completion in heavy truck diesel diagnostics and repair from a tech school, or equivalent experience, is required. You must have a valid CDL and an acceptable driving record. Parts Counter Sales

We have a full-time 1st shift opening at our Green Bay location. Duties and responsibilities include serving internal customers from the service department; internal and external customer support; provide estimates and quotes; pull outside sales orders; and identify, source, and expedite parts and materials for customers. Quick Lube Technician

We are in need of a full-time second shift Quick Lube Technician at our Appleton location. The hours of work are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am; and rotating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn the business and has the drive to move up in our company. Duties for this position are: Perform oil changes and vehicle inspections, monitor D.O.T. inspection due dates on vehicles being lubed, monitor quick lube inventories, maintain the cleanliness of the quick lube dept., maintain the quick lube dept. tools and equipment and perform light duty repairs. The preferred candidate will be a graduate of a Diesel Tech accredited school or be currently enrolled in a Diesel Tech program. Utility Technician

We have a part-time flexible shift opening at our Appleton location. The hours of work for this position are flexible Monday through-Friday and will include Saturday hours as needed. This position is responsible for shop/building maintenance, truck detailing, pick up and delivery of trucks, picking up parts and transporting customers. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn the business and has the drive to move up in our company. The preferred candidate will be enrolled in or is a graduate of a Diesel Technician program.
